01 鍍鉻
鉻(ge)是(shi)一種(zhong)微帶天藍(lan)色(se)的(de)銀(yin)白色(se)金屬。它有很強的(de)鈍化(hua)性(xing)能(neng),大氣中很快(kuai)鈍化(hua),顯示出具有貴(gui)金屬的(de)性(xing)質(zhi),所以鐵零件鍍鉻(ge)層(ceng)是(shi)陰極鍍層(ceng)。鉻(ge)層(ceng)在大氣中很穩(wen)定,能(neng)長期保(bao)持其光澤,在堿、硝(xiao)酸、硫化(hua)物、碳(tan)酸鹽以及有機酸等腐蝕介質(zhi)中非常穩(wen)定,但(dan)可溶于鹽酸等氫鹵(lu)酸和熱的(de)濃硫酸中。
鉻層(ceng)硬度高,耐磨性好,反光能(neng)(neng)力強,有較好的耐熱性。在500°C以(yi)下光澤(ze)和硬度均無明顯變(bian)化(hua);溫度大于500°C開始氧(yang)化(hua)變(bian)色;大于700°C才開始變(bian)軟。由(you)于鍍(du)鉻層(ceng)的優(you)良性能(neng)(neng),廣泛用(yong)作防護一裝飾鍍(du)層(ceng)體系的外表(biao)層(ceng)和機(ji)能(neng)(neng)鍍(du)層(ceng)。
02 鍍銅
鍍(du)銅(tong)(tong)層呈(cheng)粉(fen)紅色,質柔(rou)軟,具有良好的(de)延展性(xing)(xing)、導電(dian)性(xing)(xing)和導熱性(xing)(xing),易于拋光,經過適當的(de)化(hua)學處理可得(de)古銅(tong)(tong)色、銅(tong)(tong)綠色、黑色和本色等裝飾(shi)(shi)色彩。鍍(du)銅(tong)(tong)易在(zai)空氣中失去光澤,與二(er)氧化(hua)碳(tan)或氯(lv)化(hua)物作用,表面(mian)生成一層堿式碳(tan)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)或氯(lv)化(hua)銅(tong)(tong)膜層,受到硫化(hua)物的(de)作用會生成棕色或黑色硫化(hua)銅(tong)(tong),因此,作為裝飾(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)的(de)鍍(du)銅(tong)(tong)層需在(zai)表面(mian)涂(tu)覆有機覆蓋層。(我們推薦(jian)你關注“機械工(gong)程(cheng)師”公眾號,第一時間掌握干貨知識、行業(ye)信息)
03 鍍鎘
鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)是銀(yin)白色有光澤的軟質(zhi)金屬(shu),其硬(ying)度比(bi)錫硬(ying),比(bi)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)軟,可(ke)塑性(xing)(xing)好,易于(yu)鍛造和輾壓(ya)。鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)的化學性(xing)(xing)質(zhi)與鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)相似,但不溶解(jie)(jie)于(yu)堿液中,溶于(yu)硝酸(suan)(suan)和硝酸(suan)(suan)銨中,在稀(xi)硫酸(suan)(suan)和稀(xi)鹽酸(suan)(suan)中溶解(jie)(jie)很慢(man)。鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)的蒸汽和可(ke)溶性(xing)(xing)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)鹽都有毒,必須(xu)嚴(yan)格防止鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)的污染(ran)。因為鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)污染(ran)后的危害很大,價格昂貴,所以(yi)通常采用(yong)(yong)鍍鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)層(ceng)或(huo)合(he)(he)金鍍層(ceng)來取代鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)層(ceng)。國內(nei)生(sheng)產中應用(yong)(yong)較多的鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)溶液類型有:氨羧絡合(he)(he)物鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)、酸(suan)(suan)性(xing)(xing)硫酸(suan)(suan)鹽鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)和氰化物鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)。此外還有焦磷酸(suan)(suan)鹽鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)、堿性(xing)(xing)三乙醇胺鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)和HEDP鍍鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)等。
04 鍍錫
錫(xi)(xi)具有銀白色的(de)外觀,原子(zi)量為(wei)118.7,密度為(wei)7.3g/cm^3,熔點(dian)為(wei)231.89℃,原子(zi)價為(wei)二價和(he)四價,故電(dian)化當量分別為(wei)2.12g/A.h和(he)1.107g/A.h。錫(xi)(xi)具有抗腐蝕、無(wu)毒(du)、易(yi)鐵(tie)焊、柔(rou)軟(ruan)和(he)延展性好等優點(dian)。錫(xi)(xi)鍍層有如下特(te)點(dian)和(he)用途(tu):
(1) 化學(xue)穩定(ding)性高(gao);
(2) 在(zai)電(dian)化序中錫的(de)標(biao)準電(dian)位紕鐵(tie)正,對鋼鐵(tie)來說是陰(yin)極性鍍(du)(du)層,只有(you)在(zai)鍍(du)(du)層無孔隙時才(cai)能有(you)效(xiao)地保護基體;
(3) 錫導電性好,易焊;
(4) 錫從-130℃起結晶(jing)開(kai)始開(kai)始發生變異,到-300℃將(jiang)完(wan)全(quan)轉變為一種晶(jing)型的(de)同素異構(gou)體(ti),俗稱”錫瘟”,此(ci)時已(yi)完(wan)全(quan)失去錫的(de)性(xing)質;
(5) 錫同鋅(xin)、鎘鍍層(ceng)一樣,在高溫、潮(chao)濕和密閉條件下能長成晶(jing)須,稱為長毛;
(6)鍍(du)錫(xi)(xi)后在231.89℃以上(shang)的熱油中重溶處理,可獲得有光(guang)澤的花紋錫(xi)(xi)層(ceng),可作日用(yong)品的裝飾鍍(du)層(ceng)。
05 鍍鋅
鋅易(yi)(yi)溶(rong)于(yu)酸,也能(neng)溶(rong)于(yu)堿(jian),故(gu)稱它(ta)為(wei)兩性(xing)金屬。鋅在(zai)干(gan)燥的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)中幾乎不發生變(bian)化。在(zai)潮濕的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)中,鋅表面會生成堿(jian)式(shi)碳酸鋅膜。在(zai)含二氧化硫(liu)、硫(liu)化氫以及海洋性(xing)氣(qi)氛中,鋅的(de)耐(nai)蝕性(xing)較(jiao)差,尤其在(zai)高溫高濕含有機酸的(de)氣(qi)氛里,鋅鍍(du)(du)層(ceng)極易(yi)(yi)被腐(fu)蝕。鋅的(de)標準(zhun)電(dian)極電(dian)位為(wei)-0.76V,對鋼(gang)鐵基體來說,鋅鍍(du)(du)層(ceng)屬于(yu)陽極性(xing)鍍(du)(du)層(ceng),它(ta)主要用于(yu)防止鋼(gang)鐵的(de)腐(fu)蝕,其防護性(xing)能(neng)的(de)優劣與鍍(du)(du)層(ceng)厚度關系(xi)甚大。(我們推(tui)薦你(ni)關注“機械(xie)工程師(shi)”公眾(zhong)號,第一時間掌(zhang)握干(gan)貨知識、行業(ye)信息)
鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)鍍(du)層經鈍(dun)化處(chu)理、染色或(huo)涂覆護(hu)光劑后,能(neng)顯著(zhu)提高其防(fang)護(hu)性(xing)和(he)裝飾性(xing)。隨(sui)著(zhu)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)工藝的(de)發展,高性(xing)能(neng)鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)光亮劑的(de)采(cai)用,鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)已(yi)從單(dan)純(chun)的(de)防(fang)護(hu)目的(de)進入防(fang)護(hu)-裝飾性(xing)應用。
鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)溶液(ye)(ye)有(you)氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)化物鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)和無(wu)(wu)氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)兩(liang)類(lei)。氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)化物鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)中分(fen)微氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)、低氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)、中氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)、和高氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)幾類(lei)。無(wu)(wu)氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)有(you)堿性鋅(xin)酸鹽鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)、銨鹽鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)、硫酸鹽鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)及無(wu)(wu)氨氯化物鍍(du)(du)(du)液(ye)(ye)等。氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)化鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)溶液(ye)(ye)均鍍(du)(du)(du)能力(li)好(hao),得到的(de)鍍(du)(du)(du)層(ceng)光(guang)滑(hua)細致,在生產中被長期采用(yong)。但由于(yu)氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)化物劇毒,對環境污(wu)染嚴重,已趨向(xiang)于(yu)采用(yong)低氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)、微氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)、無(wu)(wu)氰(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)溶液(ye)(ye)。
06 鍍鎳
1、電鍍鎳(nie)層(ceng)在空氣中的(de)(de)穩定性很(hen)高,由于金屬鎳(nie)具有很(hen)強的(de)(de)鈍(dun)(dun)化能(neng)力,在表面能(neng)迅速生成一層(ceng)極薄(bo)的(de)(de)鈍(dun)(dun)化膜,能(neng)抵(di)抗大氣、堿(jian)和某些(xie)酸的(de)(de)腐蝕(shi)。
2、電(dian)鍍鎳(nie)結晶極其(qi)細小,并且具有優(you)良的(de)拋光(guang)性能。經拋光(guang)的(de)鎳(nie)鍍層(ceng)可得到(dao)鏡(jing)面般的(de)光(guang)澤外表,同時在(zai)大氣中可長期保(bao)持其(qi)光(guang)澤。所(suo)以,電(dian)鍍層(ceng)常用于裝(zhuang)飾。
3、鎳(nie)鍍(du)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)度(du)比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)高,可(ke)以(yi)提(ti)高制(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)磨(mo)性,在印刷工(gong)(gong)業中常用(yong)(yong)鍍(du)鎳(nie)層(ceng)(ceng)來提(ti)高鉛(qian)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)度(du)。由于(yu)金屬(shu)鎳(nie)具有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)化(hua)學穩定性,有(you)(you)些化(hua)工(gong)(gong)設(she)備(bei)也常用(yong)(yong)較(jiao)(jiao)厚(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鎳(nie)鍍(du)層(ceng)(ceng),以(yi)防止被介質腐(fu)蝕。鍍(du)鎳(nie)層(ceng)(ceng)還(huan)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong)在功能性方面(mian),如修復(fu)被磨(mo)損、被腐(fu)蝕的(de)(de)(de)(de)零件,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)刷鍍(du)技術進行局(ju)部(bu)電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)鑄(zhu)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),用(yong)(yong)來制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)印刷行業的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)鑄(zhu)版(ban)、唱片模以(yi)及(ji)其它模具。厚(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鍍(du)鎳(nie)層(ceng)(ceng)具有(you)(you)良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)磨(mo)性,可(ke)作為耐(nai)磨(mo)鍍(du)層(ceng)(ceng)。尤其是近幾年來發(fa)展了復(fu)合電(dian)(dian)鍍(du),可(ke)沉積出(chu)夾有(you)(you)耐(nai)磨(mo)微(wei)粒的(de)(de)(de)(de)復(fu)合鎳(nie)鍍(du)層(ceng)(ceng),其硬(ying)度(du)和耐(nai)磨(mo)性比(bi)鍍(du)鎳(nie)層(ceng)(ceng)更(geng)高。若(ruo)以(yi)石(shi)墨或氟化(hua)石(shi)墨作為分散微(wei)粒,則獲得的(de)(de)(de)(de)鎳(nie)-石(shi)墨或鎳(nie)-氟化(hua)石(shi)墨復(fu)合鍍(du)層(ceng)(ceng)就(jiu)具有(you)(you)很(hen)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)自潤滑性,可(ke)用(yong)(yong)作為潤滑鍍(du)層(ceng)(ceng)。黑鎳(nie)鍍(du)層(ceng)(ceng)作為光學儀器的(de)(de)(de)(de)鍍(du)覆(fu)或裝(zhuang)飾(shi)鍍(du)覆(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)亦都有(you)(you)著廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong)。
4、鍍(du)鎳的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)面(mian)很廣(guang),可作(zuo)為(wei)防護裝飾(shi)性(xing)(xing)鍍(du)層,在(zai)(zai)鋼鐵、鋅壓鑄(zhu)件、鋁合(he)金及銅合(he)金表面(mian)上(shang),保護基(ji)體材(cai)料不(bu)受腐蝕或(huo)起光亮(liang)裝飾(shi)作(zuo)用(yong);也常作(zuo)為(wei)其他鍍(du)層的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)間鍍(du)層,在(zai)(zai)其上(shang)再鍍(du)一薄(bo)層鉻,或(huo)鍍(du)一層仿金層,其抗蝕性(xing)(xing)更(geng)好,外觀更(geng)美。在(zai)(zai)功能性(xing)(xing)應用(yong)方(fang)面(mian),在(zai)(zai)特殊行業的(de)(de)(de)零件上(shang)鍍(du)鎳約1~3mm厚,可達到修復(fu)(fu)目的(de)(de)(de)。特別是在(zai)(zai)連(lian)續鑄(zhu)造結晶器、電子元(yuan)件表面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)模具(ju)(ju)、合(he)金的(de)(de)(de)壓鑄(zhu)模具(ju)(ju)、形(xing)狀(zhuang)復(fu)(fu)雜的(de)(de)(de)宇航發動(dong)機部(bu)件和微型電子元(yuan)件的(de)(de)(de)制造等方(fang)應用(yong)越來越廣(guang)泛(fan)。
07 鍍金
電(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)金鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)層(ceng)耐蝕性(xing)(xing)強,導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)(xing)好(hao),易于焊接,耐高溫,并具(ju)有(you)(you)一定(ding)的(de)耐磨性(xing)(xing)(如(ru)摻(chan)有(you)(you)少量其他元(yuan)素(su)的(de)硬金),有(you)(you)良好(hao)的(de)抗變(bian)色能力,同時金合金鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)層(ceng)有(you)(you)多種色調,在(zai)銀上(shang)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)金可防止變(bian)色。并且鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)層(ceng)的(de)延展性(xing)(xing)好(hao),易拋光,故常(chang)用作裝飾性(xing)(xing)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)層(ceng),如(ru)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)首飾、鐘表零(ling)件、藝術品等;(我們推(tui)薦你關注(zhu)“機械工程師(shi)”公(gong)眾號,第一時間(jian)掌握干貨知識、行業信息)
也廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)精密(mi)儀器儀表、印(yin)刷(shua)板、集(ji)成電路、電子管殼、電接點等要求電參數(shu)性能長期穩定的零件電鍍(du)。但由于(yu)金(jin)的價格昂貴,應用(yong)受到(dao)一定限(xian)制。
08 鍍銀
該鍍(du)層(ceng)用(yong)于防(fang)止腐蝕(shi),增(zeng)加導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)率、反光性和(he)(he)美觀。廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)、儀器(qi)、儀表和(he)(he)照明用(yong)具等制造(zao)工業。例如銅或(huo)(huo)銅合金制件鍍(du)銀時,須先經除油去銹;再(zai)預鍍(du)薄銀或(huo)(huo)浸入由氯(lv)化(hua)(hua)(hua)汞等配(pei)成的溶液中(zhong)(zhong),進(jin)行汞化(hua)(hua)(hua)處理,使在(zai)制件表面鍍(du)上一(yi)層(ceng)汞膜;然后(hou)將制件作陰極(ji),純銀板作陽(yang)極(ji),浸入由硝(xiao)酸銀和(he)(he)氰化(hua)(hua)(hua)鉀所配(pei)成的氰化(hua)(hua)(hua)銀鉀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解液中(zhong)(zhong),進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)、儀表等工業還采用(yong)無氰鍍(du)銀。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)液用(yong)硫(liu)(liu)代硫(liu)(liu)酸鹽(yan)、亞硫(liu)(liu)酸鹽(yan)、硫(liu)(liu)氰酸鹽(yan)、亞鐵氰化(hua)(hua)(hua)物等。為(wei)了防(fang)止銀鍍(du)層(ceng)變色,通常要(yao)經過鍍(du)后(hou)處理,主要(yao)是浸亮、化(hua)(hua)(hua)學和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學鈍化(hua)(hua)(hua),鍍(du)貴金屬或(huo)(huo)稀(xi)有金屬或(huo)(huo)涂覆蓋層(ceng)等。
